SEO / SEM Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify high-performing keywords and trends to optimize content and campaigns.
• On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Implement strategies to improve website structure, content, and backlink profiles to boost search engine rankings.
• PPC Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor KPIs, traffic, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content, including blogs, landing pages, and meta tags.
• Technical SEO: Work with developers to address site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability issues to enhance user experience.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the digital landscape.
• Reporting and Strategy Development: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies to stakeholders.
• Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO/SEM trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with social media, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, including managing PPC campaigns and optimizing websites.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO/SEM platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with teams and present reports to stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with evolving search engine algorithms and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Problem-Solving: Creative and proactive approach to resolving technical SEO issues and optimizing campaign performance.
