SEO Outreach & Link Building Specialist

Lascade is looking for a proactive SEO Outreach & Link Building Specialist to help grow our online authority through high-quality backlinks, strategic partnerships, and digital PR.

This role isn’t about sending thousands of emails or buying backlinks. We’re looking for someone who can build genuine relationships, secure high-authority mentions, and develop long-term outreach strategies that strengthen our global brands.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies across multiple products.
• Identify high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, digital PR, guest posting, partnerships, and resource pages.
• Build relationships with bloggers, journalists, publishers, creators, and website owners.
• Create outreach campaigns that generate natural backlinks and brand mentions.
• Work closely with the SEO and Content teams to identify link-worthy content opportunities.
• Monitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze competitors’ backlink strategies and recommend actionable improvements.
• Track outreach performance, response rates, backlinks earned, and SEO impact.
• Maintain a structured outreach database and build long-term relationships with publishers.
• Stay updated with search engine guidelines and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Link Building, SEO Outreach, Digital PR, or Off-Page SEO.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, BuzzStream, Hunter.io, or similar outreach tools.
• Understanding of domain authority, backlink quality, anchor text, topical relevance, and link equity.
• Ability to identify high-quality outreach opportunities.
• Excellent research and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with SaaS, technology, or travel websites.
• Experience in Digital PR or media outreach.
• Existing relationships with publishers or bloggers.
• Basic understanding of Content Marketing and Technical SEO.
• Experience using AI tools to improve outreach workflows.
