About the Role

Vrinda Techapps india Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company specializing in AI Solutions, ERPNext, Mobile App Development, Web Development, Cloud Solutions, and Digital Transformation. We are looking for an experienced SEO & GEO Specialist to drive organic growth across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our online visibility, increasing qualified B2B leads, and establishing topical authority for our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO & GEO strategies to improve organic rankings, AI search visibility, and inbound lead generation.
• Optimize content for Google Search as well as AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, topic clustering, and entity-based SEO.
• Create and optimize SEO-friendly content including blogs, landing pages, service pages, case studies, and technical articles.
• Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits, including Core Web Vitals, schema markup, indexing, crawlability, and internal linking.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building and Digital PR initiatives.
• Improve website authority by implementing EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) best practices.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and improve website conversions.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and emerging SEO technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, or Software Development.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content Strategy.
• Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI Search Optimization, Semantic SEO, and EEAT principles.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Understanding of schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and website performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
