SEO Expert & Web Designer

Living Assets Builder Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing real estate company based in Guduvanchery, Chennai. We are looking for a performance-driven SEO & Web Design Specialist who can both build high-converting websites and drive organic growth through search engines.

This is a hybrid role requiring strong execution in website design, technical SEO, and lead-focused optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the company website and landing pages (WordPress / Elementor or equivalent)
• Build high-converting property pages optimized for search intent and lead capture
• Execute on-page SEO (metadata, schema, internal linking, content optimization)
• Manage off-page SEO (backlinks, citations, local directories)
• Handle local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization and ranking improvements
• Conduct keyword research aligned with buyer intent (plots, villas, apartments, investment land)
• Monitor and improve performance using:
• Google Analytics (traffic & behavior)
• Google Search Console (indexing & rankings)
• Collaborate with content and social media teams to ensure integrated digital campaigns
• Continuously optimize pages for conversion rate (CRO) and lead generation

Requirements

• Proven experience in WordPress / Elementor (or similar CMS)
• Strong working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to rank websites on Google
• Portfolio showcasing:
• Websites designed
• SEO results achieved (traffic growth, keyword rankings, leads)
• Understanding of local SEO and real estate search behavior is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Criteria

• Experience in real estate or local service-based businesses
• Familiarity with lead funnels, landing page optimization, and CRO principles
• Basic understanding of technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema, etc.)

Work Location

• Chennai-based candidates preferred
• Must be willing to work from our Guduvanchery office

Outcome Expectation (Important)

This role is not just design or SEO in isolation. The primary KPI is

• Increase in qualified leads via organic traffic and landing pages

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
