Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies across our digital properties.

Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, site speed, schema, and mobile optimization.

Perform keyword research, keyword clustering, and on-page optimization.

Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-first content strategies.

Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and digital PR.

Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.

Analyze rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking results.

Robust expertise in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, and SurferSEO/Clearscope.

Valuable understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress and Webflow.

Strong knowledge of Google's E-E-A-T guidelines, Helpful Content updates, and technical SEO best practices.

Knowledge of Programmatic SEO is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Mandatory experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Proven experience across IT Services, Digital Marketing, and D2C businesses.

Experience in EdTech or Healthcare SEO will be a robust advantage.
