About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SEO Executive/Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
• Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• SEO certifications are an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience managing multiple client SEO projects.
• Proven track record of improving keyword rankings and increasing organic traffic.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
