The Role We're hiring an SEO Executive to take ownership of day-to-day organic search performance — from keyword research to technical audits to reporting — while working closely with senior strategists on live client campaigns spanning industries like retail, finance, healthcare, and real estate. This is a great next step for someone with 1.5–3 years of SEO experience who wants real ownership, not just task execution, and genuine agency-side client exposure.

What You'll Do

• Execute SEO strategies to grow organic rankings and traffic
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to surface new opportunities
• Run technical SEO audits — site health, crawl analysis, on-page optimization
• Optimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure
• Track performance in GA4 and Google Search Console; report insights to the team
• Partner with content and design teams to embed SEO best practices
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry shifts

Must-Haves

• 1.5–3 years of hands-on SEO/digital marketing experience
• Working knowledge of on-page and technical SEO
• Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, or local SEO
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
