SEO and Growth Marketing Specialist

As an experienced SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing SEO strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Owning and implementing SEO strategies that are in line with business and growth objectives
• Driving growth of organic traffic by focusing on high-intent, conversion-driven keywords
• Optimizing website pages and landing experiences to enhance lead generation and conversions
• Developing and supporting SEO-driven content strategies, encompassing blogs, landing pages, and solution pages
• Enhancing conversion rates from organic traffic through improved user experience, content optimization, and compelling CTAs
• Managing social media strategies across various platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Creating, scheduling, and optimizing social media content while monitoring audience engagement and campaign performance
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure synergy between SEO, content marketing, and social media efforts
• Partnering with sales and marketing teams to ensure quality alignment for MQLs and SQLs
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics across traffic, engagement, conversions, social media, and pipeline contribution
• Leveraging tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media analytics platforms
• Supporting technical SEO enhancements and overall website health
• Continuously optimizing digital marketing campaigns based on performance insights and business priorities

Qualifications

• 610 years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or demand generation
• Comprehensive understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion funnels
• Demonstrated ability to drive organic traffic that converts into leads (MQLs / SQLs)
• Experience working with SaaS, technology, or services-based businesses
• Hands‑on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio)
• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into actionable improvements
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, outcome‑driven environment
