SEO and Content Specialist

Role Overview

As a Content Writer at TalentRecruit, you will be responsible for contributing to various types of content such as product documentation, SEO-optimized blogs, marketing content, and thought leadership pieces, with a focus on the HRTech and SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing Articles, Blogs, and Web Content: Craft engaging, informative, and well-structured content for websites, blogs, articles, and other digital media.
• Creating Marketing Copy: Write compelling copy for ads, email campaigns, landing pages, product descriptions, and other promotional materials.
• Developing Social Media Content: Generate posts and updates for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Keyword Research: Identify high-ranking keywords and integrate them naturally into the content to improve visibility on search engines.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize meta tags, headers, alt texts for images, and URL structures to enhance content discoverability.
• Content Structuring: Use proper formatting such as headings, bullet points, etc., to improve readability and SEO ranking.
• Working with Other Teams: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other content creators to produce visually appealing and effective content.
• Feedback Incorporation: Take feedback from managers, clients, or team leads and make necessary revisions.
• Content Calendar: Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
• Staying Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, content marketing strategies, and SEO best practices.
• Skilled in coordinating and creating content for webinars, podcasts, and internal virtual events.
• Hands-on experience in handling digital formats like webinars and podcasts, and organizing internal virtual engagements to enhance brand communication.
