SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Specialist to improve our organic visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms like Google SGE, ChatGPT, Bing AI, and voice search assistants.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in traditional SEO + AI search optimization, content strategy, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema)
• Execute technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing issues)
• Build and execute high-quality backlink strategies
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions via tools like Google Analytics & Search Console

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Optimize content for featured snippets, FAQs, and voice search
• Implement structured data (FAQ, HowTo, Schema Markup)
• Create content targeting question-based queries
• Improve visibility on platforms like Google Assistant, Alexa, Siri

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

• Optimize content to rank in AI-generated results (SGE, ChatGPT, Bing AI)
• Structure content for AI readability (clear answers, context-rich content)
• Work on entity-based SEO and topical authority
• Monitor AI search trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Content & Strategy

• Plan and execute SEO content calendars
• Collaborate with writers for high-quality, intent-driven content
• Optimize existing content for better rankings and AI inclusion
• Focus on E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust)

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs: traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO
• Strong understanding of AEO & GEO concepts
• Experience with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS basics (for technical SEO)
• Familiarity with AI search ecosystems (SGE, ChatGPT, Bing AI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content marketing & link building
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
• Understanding of UX/UI impact on SEO
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
