Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead the visual content creation for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and video production. The ideal candidate should have a strong design aesthetic, advanced video editing skills, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual stories that engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives, ad banners, brochures, presentations, branding materials, and marketing collaterals.
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, and visual effects.
• Develop campaign creatives for political, corporate, healthcare, real estate, and lifestyle brands.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual communication.
• Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.
• Conceptualize creative campaigns from ideation to final execution.
• Maintain high standards of design quality while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and video editing techniques.
• Organize and maintain creative assets and project files efficiently.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating social media campaigns, promotional videos, corporate films, and advertisements.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–7 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency, media house, production company, or political campaign is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, social media creatives, and video editing projects.
