• Ensure a seamless, cohesive user experience across the UX ecosystem
• Conduct usability testin g and gather insights in collaboration with UX Researchers, leveragin

Drive the entire design process, from ideation to execution

• Develop high-level design concepts, user flow s, and interaction pattern s to enhance usability
• Effectively present projects to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders within an Agile framework
• Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability standard s
• Align design decisions with business objectives and technical constraints to ensure feasibility
• Manage and evolve design frameworks, systems, and guidelines for consistency and scalability
• Track and analyze UX metric s, using data-driven insights to refine and iterate on designs

Experience working in Agile environments, using collaborative tools lik e JIRA and Confluen c

Skilled in designing across multiple devices and platforms, ensuring high-quality, user-centr

Data-informed decision-making, blending analytical insights with design intuitio

Experience designing for iterative, experimental, and evolving feature

Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectivel
