Senior UX Designer | Bangalore (India)

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can lead user experience design across digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong user-centered design thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend UX design across web and mobile applications, from research to final delivery
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
• Drive UX strategy and advocate for user-centered design across teams
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders
• Define and maintain design systems, UX standards, and best practices
• Mentor junior UX designers and provide design guidance and reviews
• Present design concepts, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders
• Incorporate accessibility, usability, and performance considerations into designs
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX / Product / Interaction Design
• Solid portfolio demonstrating endtoend UX design work and impact
• Expertise in UX processes: user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], etc.
• Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and usability heuristics
• Experience designing complex, dataheavy or enterprise applications is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience working with global or crossfunctional teams
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Prior experience in fintech platforms. .
