Job Title: Senior Manager – UI/UX Designer

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

We are seeking a Senior Manager – UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience and interface design initiatives

for our Fulfilment space within the warehouse and supply chain domain. This role will drive both UX strategy and

UI excellence across enterprise-grade applications used in highly dynamic warehouse environments.

As a design leader, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user

experiences that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and user adoption. You will collaborate closely with

Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders while mentoring a growing team of designers to

deliver impactful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • UI/UX Leadership: Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process across multiple products and platforms,

establishing design standards, usability principles, and visual consistency.

  • Strategic Thinking: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Business teams to define

long-term UI/UX vision and product roadmap for fulfilment and warehouse management solutions.

  • Team Management & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a culture

of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • User-Centred Design: Champion user-centric design methodologies by leveraging user research,

workflow analysis, usability testing, and data-driven insights to deliver seamless user experiences.

  • UI Design Excellence: Drive high-quality visual design execution, including interaction design, layouts,

typography, iconography, responsive design, and enterprise-grade interfaces aligned with modern

design standards.

  • Design Execution: Translate complex workflows and operational processes into intuitive user journeys

through wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Design Systems & Scalability: Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI

components, and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present design concepts, prototypes, and strategic recommendations to

senior leadership and cross-functional teams while effectively incorporating feedback.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams to ensure

implementation fidelity and smooth execution within agile product development environments.

  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best

practices to modernise product experiences and improve usability and operational effectiveness.

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design,

HCI, Visual Design, or equivalent).

  • 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 2+ years managing or mentoring designers.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex B2B, SaaS, or enterprise-grade

applications.

  • Proven experience in both UX strategy and modern UI/visual design execution.
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

platforms.

  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability principles, and interaction design

patterns.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive design

decisions.

  • Experience in warehouse automation, supply chain, robotics, or logistics domains is a plus.
