Senior UI/UX Designer & Web Developer

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

This role owns end-to-end digital experience from Figma prototype to live website ensuring every pixel reflects premium brand standards. The dual design-and-build capability eliminates handoff lag and maintains design integrity through to production.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the full UI/UX lifecycle: research, wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and front-end implementation
• Build and maintain brand website(s) using modern web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, React or equivalent)
• Create and govern the Spectraforce Design System in Figma (components, tokens, documentation)
• Collaborate with global stakeholders (US, IN) to align digital experiences across markets
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance and mobile-first responsive design
• Audit and optimize UX flows career pages, landing pages, campaign microsites
• Deliver assets to Apple/Nike quality bar: polished, intentional, consistent

EXPERIENCE BENCHMARK

5- 8 years total. Must include at least 3 years in a role requiring both design and front-end build ownership. Portfolio should demonstrate website work for recognized brands ideally B2B or services sector. Experience with global or multi-market brands is a strong plus.
