Job Title: Senior UX/ UI Designer Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Location: Remote, India

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for our users and designing exceptional web app experiences. Your expertise in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews and usability testing, will be essential in presenting insightful findings.

Design web app experiences, including user flows, wireframes, and final designs.

Perform user interviews, usability testing, etc.

Hand-off design mocks to engineering and participate in QA/UAT.

Actively participate in design critiques.

Contribute to design component libraries.

A relentlessly curious designer looking to learn and grow with 5-7 years of experience.

Understanding of basic design thinking principles.

Experience designing web-based applications.

Experience with common user research tactics.

Knowledge of Figma and design libraries.

Knowledge and/or experience designing for healthcare.

Digital agency experience.

Experience in quantitative data analysis.

Ability to create Figma design libraries.

Experience with Pendo software.
