Job Description

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at InstaService, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists, to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into wire frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our design processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the tech or service industry.

Proficiency in Figma , Figma Make and other AI related design tools.

Solid portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced, agile setting.
