Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop responsive, mobile-first designs that provide a seamless experience across devices.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective user experiences.
• Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and interaction patterns across products.
• Optimize user flows based on usability findings, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Design interfaces that comply with WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and design discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Robust understanding of interaction design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce applications.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
