About the Role

We are looking an accomplished and strategic Senior Training Manager to lead the organization's Learning & Development (L&D) function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs and planning, coordinating, and managing employee learning programs by collaborating with internal teams and external training partners. This role will ensure employees have access to high-quality training across areas such as Soft Skills, AI Productivity Tools, Product Training, Sales Excellence, Leadership Development, Customer Service, and Workplace Productivity, while evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads to identify organizational skill gaps and learning requirements.
• Develop, plan, and manage the organization's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and organize end-to-end training programs by collaborating with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), external trainers, and training partners.
• Manage the annual training calendar, training budgets, vendor relationships, and program logistics to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements to learning initiatives.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning, employee development, leadership growth, and workplace productivity.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Instructional Design (ADDIE, Competency Mapping).
• Corporate Training Program Design and Delivery, including Technical Training, Soft Skills, Product Training, Product Design, and Sales Training.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS), Digital Learning Platforms, AI Productivity Tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude), and e-Learning solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Learning Analytics, KPI Reporting, and Training Effectiveness Measurement.
• Employee Coaching, Performance Development, Talent Grooming, and Continuous Learning Initiatives.
