Senior Support Engineer - Cloud (Azure / AWS)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud and DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years specializing in cloud technologies. This role involves designing and implementing reliable cloud solutions, enhancing system performance, and optimizing costs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative cloud and DevOps solutions while fostering team growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 3 years specializing in cloud technologies.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing reliable cloud infrastructures for large enterprises.
• Strong proficiency in DevOps practices, including containerization, CI/CD, and VPC management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred, GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda.
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with integration and automation tools like Boomi and iPaaS.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are required.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills with the ability to convey technical solutions effectively.
• Experience with AWS Control Tower, AWS Organization
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience implementing AI-driven cloud operations and automation.
• Advanced certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
