Senior Staff Accountant

We are hiring for a Staff Accountant to join our team.

SKILLSETS

a. ProConnect Tax Online/Lacerte

b. QuickBooks Online

c. Cloud-based payroll software such as QBO Payroll, ADP,

d. GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Hangouts, Google Sheets)

Accounting skills

a. Maintain fixed asset depreciation schedules in ProConnect Tax Online and record depreciation in client trial balance

b. Recording gross to net payroll in trial balance from payroll reports, linking various payroll software to QBO and troubleshooting such links

c. Review periodic financial statements for potentially misclassified transactions

d. Knowledge of US tax rules, especially as it relates to depreciation and tax planning issues

e. Set up installment loan amortization schedules to break out interest and principal
