Senior Software Engineer (React + ROR)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience, with a strong focus on frontend development. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience building scalable, responsive, and user-focused web applications using React and TypeScript. They should also have basic to moderate experience with Ruby on Rails and be comfortable contributing to backend development when required.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, write clean and maintainable code, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Build reusable and maintainable UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and contribute to backend development using Ruby on Rails when required.
• Identify and resolve UI issues, bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, daily standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.

Skills Required

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, and reusable component development.
• Experience with frontend state management, API integration, and asynchronous programming.
• Basic to moderate experience with Ruby on Rails and understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Proficiency with Git and familiarity with modern CI/CD practices.
