Your Qualifications

•Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development.

•Strong knowledge of relevant programming languages and current development methods.

•Very good understanding of software architectures.

•Familiarity with user interface philosophies.

Your Tasks

• Ensuring high software quality throughout the development process.
• Ensuring adherence to defined development guidelines.
• Meeting the company's workload targets.
• Creating functional design documents (such as estimates, specifications, test plans, etc.) based on customer requirements.
• Developing software architecture following the principles of FDD/FSD.
• Implementing software according to requirement specifications (e.g., using DevOps or JIRA), while maintaining a high level of code quality.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the software.
• Creating software documentation (e.g., online help, manuals, etc.).
• Performing code documentation in accordance with the development guidelines.
• Introducing new technologies and procedures into software development as an ongoing process.
• Independently acquiring knowledge and transferring it to teams and the entire organization.
• Taking on mentoring and coaching responsibilities.
• Ensuring compliance with information security and data protection requirements.

Professional Competence

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development

• Strong knowledge of relevant programming languages and current development methods 
• Good understanding of software architectures
• Proficiency in SQL programming, MS SQL Server, Azure services, frontend development, and .NET development
• Familiarity with user interface philosophies
• High expertise in integrating with Dynamics 365/Dataverse
• Proficient in using MS Office programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
