As a Sr. Social Media Marketing Specialist at Talbiya Umrah Pvt Ltd, your role will involve developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic. You will need to be a creative individual with a solid grasp of various social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase online visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation through organic search and digital channels.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Social Media Ads (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for different social media platforms.
• Maintain the company's social media presence with consistent branding and messaging.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide reports on key metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to enhance strategies and tactics.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to boost brand awareness and drive engagement on social media.

Qualifications Required

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Previous experience in social media marketing or a related field would be beneficial.
• Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary ranges from 20,000.00 to 25,000.00 per month with additional benefits like cell phone reimbursement.
