We’re searching for a Senior Social Media Manager to take the reins, elevate our visual storytelling, and lead our digital community into its next era of growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the strategy, creation, and scheduling of high-performing content across platforms
• Strategizing, planning, and executing impactful social media campaigns from end to end
• Analyzing metrics, monitoring trends, and leveraging data to drive our digital growth
• Collaborating strategically with the design team to ensure elevated and cohesive visual storytelling
• Directing and producing high-quality content — including conceptualizing graphics, writing captions, and directing short-form videos
• Managing and scaling our influencer and creator collaboration programs
• Fostering and growing our online community through proactive engagement
• What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management (experience in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle is a huge plus!)
• Someone strategic, creative, proactive, and highly detail-oriented who can take ownership of our channels
• Deep expertise in Instagram, short-form video trends, and platform algorithms
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• A genuine love for the beauty industry and digital storytelling

Location📍: Surat, Gujarat Type 💼: Full Time | In Office
