About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing & web development agency.

You’ll be the creative brain behind our social presence — planning content, coordinating shoots, hopping in front of the camera when needed, and making sure every post connects with the audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
• Ideate and execute trending reels, stories, and brand content
• Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams for shoots
• Be comfortable acting or modeling in short videos when needed
• Write engaging captions and manage posting schedules
• Analyze insights and track performance across platforms
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience managing brand or agency social media
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube trends
• Confident on camera with good communication & presentation skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of photo/video shoots and social media analytics

Bonus Skills

• Experience in content scripting or copywriting
• Basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, or CapCut)
• Familiarity with influencer collaboration
