Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Leading engineering teams, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and other vendors.
• Prepare MS Project Schedule and make sure project is running as per the Schedule.
• Establishing project budgets, allocating resources, and tracking expenses to ensure the project remains cost-effective.
• Study and Assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents.
• Direct, Lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing various tasks in the project.
• Manage deliverables on time and within the budget
• Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Co-ordinate with all the contractors and ensure the project meeting the timeline.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Ensuring Quality control.
• Planning the logistics of the site.
• Documentation of daily progress reports, testing records, drawings and all other necessary documents.
• Self Involvment in critical and technical construction related problems.

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. (M.Tech is preferred).
• 10 years of experience in villas and high rise construction.(Experience in Mivan Technology is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and communication skills. (Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and English).
• Experience in Reputed Construction Companies in Bengaluru as Main Site Engineer is preferred.
• Experience in any ERP softwares like Strategic ERP or SAP Business One is preferred.
• Self involvment in Problem-solving.
• Experience in Managing atleast one or more major projects as the Main Site Engineer.
