Senior SEO Specialist (India)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with strong expertise in AI-powered SEO, Technical SEO, Content Optimization, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving organic search visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Optimize websites for AI-powered search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Perform technical SEO audits including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site speed, and structured data implementation.
• Monitor website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Create and optimize AI-assisted content while maintaining E-E-A-T standards.
• Build and execute backlink and authority-building strategies.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and AI visibility metrics.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and AI search trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
• Experience with AI SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies.
• Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of Schema Markup, Structured Data, and Entity SEO.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, or SurferSEO.
• Robust analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS, Technology, or Digital Marketing companies.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or SEO automation tools is an added advantage.
• Experience in managing large-scale SEO campaigns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
