Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Content & SEO team. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on expertise across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, with a strong understanding of the evolving AI SEO landscape and competitor benchmarking frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage on-page SEO: meta optimisation, content structuring, internal linking, schema markup
• Handle technical SEO audits: site speed, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, indexation issues
• Build and manage off-page strategies: link acquisition, digital PR, and authority building
• Stay current on AI-driven search changes (SGE/AIO) and adapt content strategies accordingly
• Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and gap analysis using tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
• Collaborate with the content team to align SEO and editorial calendars
• Report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and visibility metrics on a regular cadence

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency environment
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Semrush / Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4
• Knowledge of AI SEO trends and their impact on SERPs
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
