Senior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Oversee off-page SEO activities, including high-quality link-building campaigns.

Perform technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve website issues.

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives.
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Mentor and manage the SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and achievement of KPIs.

• Identify new SEO opportunities and implement innovative optimization techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience handling US-based or international clients.
• Knowledge of Local SEO, E-commerce SEO, and AI-assisted SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
