Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Marketing Executive role based in Kozhikode, Kerala India. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote Commercial Refrigeration and cooling solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key customer accounts. The Senior Sales Marketing Executive will conduct market research, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations to close deals. Daily tasks include visiting clients, presenting solutions, coordinating with technical and operations teams, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports. The role also includes supporting marketing campaigns, participating in industry events, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong market planning and market research skills, with the ability to analyze trends and identify opportunities.
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Marketing experience, particularly in developing and executing campaigns for technical or service-based products.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build effective client relationships.
• Prior experience in commercial refrigeration, cooling solutions, or a related technical industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service abilities.
