Senior - Sales & Client Executive (Hytix × FEARTICKET) | USA Market

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is part of a fast-growing SaaS ticketing platform serving the US events market. The selected

candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and closing deals

through smart, creative outreach strategies rather than cold calling. The role requires independent

managing the complete sales cycle for Hytix and Fear Ticket.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive ticket sales and onboard new clients onto the SAAS platform
• Use creative, multi-channel outreach strategies via social, referrals, partnerships, events (no cold

calling)

• Think out of the box to reach event organizers, venues, and promoters
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline with precision
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach playbooks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a SAAS product in the US & Global market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, clear, persuasive
• Creative thinker who uses varied techniques to prospect and close (not just calls).
• AI Enthused and adoptive
• Strong client relations mindset with responsive, reliable and solution-oriented
