Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage international recruitment for Oil & Gas, Drilling, Marine, and Offshore Construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of offshore positions, global talent sourcing, and expat hiring processes. The role requires the ability to identify, attract, and recruit skilled professionals from different geographical regions while ensuring timely mobilization and compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for expatriate personnel across Oil & Gas, Drilling, Offshore Construction, Marine, and Energy projects.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and global recruitment channels.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and operational suitability.
• Maintain a strong database of international offshore professionals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions.
• Coordinate documentation, references, visa requirements, and mobilization support.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Build talent pipelines for critical offshore positions and maintain candidate engagement.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring updates for management.

Qualifications

• Graduate
• 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in international/expat recruitment for Oil & Gas .
• Experience recruiting for Oil & Gas, Offshore Drilling, Offshore Construction, Marine, or EPC projects.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of offshore and oil & gas job roles.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of global recruitment markets, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America.
• Knowledge of international mobilization, visas, work permits, and offshore certification requirements.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for major offshore drilling contractors, EPC companies, or oilfield service companies.
• Existing network of international offshore professionals.
• Familiarity with offshore certifications such as BOSIET, HUET, OPITO, STCW, IWCF, and IADC.
• Experience supporting global projects across multiple countries.
