Required Skills

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Solid understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Strong experience in Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong experience in Automation Testing using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Strong experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL for database validation and testing.
• Experience testing modern web applications and REST APIs.
• Strong experience in test planning, test strategy, test case design, and test execution.
• Excellent defect reporting, root cause analysis, and bug tracking skills using Jira or similar tools.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience using Claude to improve testing productivity.
• Excellent English communication skills with experience working directly with international clients.
• Ability to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and create comprehensive test scenarios before development begins.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

What You'll Do

• Review business requirements and identify risks before development starts.
• Design comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
• Perform thorough manual testing across web applications.
• Develop and maintain automated UI and API test suites.
• Validate APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Report defects with clear reproduction steps and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and clients.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and release planning.
• Improve QA processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.
