Job Description

Experience: 5 + Years

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, and RPA technologies
• Apply AI solutions to HR-related use cases and establish platforms for running local LLMs such as Llama2
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and drive reuse of core features across automation initiatives
• Consult with business partners to enable self-service automation capabilities
