Senior Programmer - AI Applications & Full Stack Development

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Programmer to develop and deliver AI-enabled software applications and product features.
• The role requires strong software engineering skills across full-stack development, AI integration, and modern application development practices.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complex application components, implementing AI capabilities, contributing to solution design, and supporting the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality software products under the guidance of the Lead AI Architect / Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software components across the full technology stack, including backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
• Develop and integrate AI capabilities such as intelligent agents, Small Language Models (SLMs), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), image recognition, OCR, and other AI/ML components.
• Implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions in accordance with established architecture and engineering standards.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support solution implementation.
• Produce high-quality, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with the Lead AI Architect, product teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality software and mentor junior team members where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 5 years of software development experience, including experience developing enterprise or AI-enabled applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern full-stack technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, FastAPI, Java/Spring Boot, or similar frameworks).
• Experience integrating LLMs, SLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and computer vision/image recognition into software applications.
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Good understanding of software architecture, microservices, API design, secure application development, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
