Senior Product Manager, Consumer Payment Portal

Job Description

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our Consumer Payments products, aligning cutting-edge AI capabilities with reputed companys mission to help distressed borrowers.

Collaborate with our Data Science team to design ML models that intelligently present the right offer at the right time, maximizing conversion while prioritizing consumer wellness.

Partner with global vendors (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) to eliminate transaction friction, expand payment options, and strategically manage processing costs.

Identify and quantify new B2B opportunities, partnering with Sales and Marketing to bring high-impact payment solutions to market with a stellar GTM strategy.

Establish and monitor the KPIs that matter, using a mix of user research and quantitative analysis to iterate rapidly in an Agile environment.

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience, with a deep-seated understanding of the payments industry, gateways, and consumer-facing financial journeys.

Proven ability to translate reputed company business requirements and user pain points into detailed, actionable product specifications.
