- 8+ years of Proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) and its integration possibilities with other Microsoft technologies, with proven projects.
- Proficiency in integrating and transforming data from other ERPs using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications such as PL-100, PL-900 will be a plus.
- Additionally, the candidate should stay updated on the latest advancements and features in Microsoft Power Platform and Sustainability Manager, and actively contribute to process improvements and innovation within the organization.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
Job Responsibilities
- Develop custom solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI to meet business requirements
- Create and maintain integrations between multiple third-party applications and Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
- Create solutions for capturing, calculating and reporting Scope 1-3 emissions in Microsoft Sustainability Manager
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Extend platform capabilities using advanced configurations, plugins, workflows, and integrations with other Microsoft technologies and third-party applications
- Design and implement data models, databases, and integrations to ensure efficient data management and integrity within Power Platform solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliability, and manage deployment processes following best practices.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on developed solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth adoption and utilization
