Senior Mobile Application Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ERP modules (attendance, fees, timetable, communication, etc.) across web (React JS) and mobile (Flutter)
• Design and build backend services and APIs using .NET (C#)
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases schema design, queries, performance tuning
• Integrate Firebase for auth, push notifications, and real-time features
• Debug, patch, and support production issues for live school deployments
• Collaborate with the product team to translate school/admin requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, documented, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Manage the team of junior developers

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in React JS and Flutter
• Solid experience with .NET / C# for backend development
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization)
• Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging)
• Understanding of REST API design and integration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple modules

Good to Have

• Prior experience in EdTech or ERP systems
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure/AWS)
