Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Human Resources with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in IT, Digital Marketing, AI, or Technology-driven organizations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations while hiring niche technology professionals across SEO, AI, and Large Language Model (LLM) domains.

The candidate must possess exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and leadership positions.
• Hire professionals with expertise in:
• Technical SEO
• On-Page SEO
• Off-Page SEO
• AI-powered SEO
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Generative AI
• AI Automation
• SEO Strategy & Analytics
• End-to-End SEO Implementation & Execution
• Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements.

HR Business Partnering

• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Implement performance management systems and career development programs.
• Resolve employee relations issues professionally.

HR Operations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmations, exits, and documentation.
• Maintain HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Drive HR automation and process improvements.

Learning & Development

• Identify skill gaps and create learning initiatives.
• Coordinate technical and leadership development programs.
• Support succession planning and leadership development.

• Experience with ATS, HRMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Experience hiring for Digital Marketing, AI, SaaS, IT Services, or Technology organizations.

• Professional HR certifications will be preferred.
