Senior Manager – UI/UX Design (Supply Chain & Enterprise Platforms)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager – UI/UX Design to lead the design vision for large-scale enterprise products powering supply chain, fulfilment, and warehouse operations.

This role offers an opportunity to shape user experiences for mission-critical platforms used by thousands of users across complex operational environments. You will drive UX strategy, build scalable design systems, mentor a high-performing design team, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to deliver intuitive and impactful digital experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI design initiatives across multiple enterprise products.
• Define and drive the long-term design vision, user experience strategy, and design standards.
• Build intuitive workflows and experiences for complex operational and business processes.
• Lead user research, usability testing, workflow analysis, and data-driven design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems, component libraries, and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and grow a team of designers while fostering a culture of innovation and design excellence.
• Drive adoption of modern design practices, accessibility standards, and emerging UX trends.

What We're Looking For

• 10–12 years of experience in UI/UX Design, with at least 2 years in a people leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise, SaaS, B2B, or platform product design.
• Expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, visual design, and design thinking methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Experience building and managing enterprise design systems.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and information architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Retail Tech, or Operational Technology platforms.
• Experience designing products that support large-scale operational workflows and business-critical processes.
