Senior Manager - Supply Chain & Quality Assurance Company: DoctorC | Location: Hyderabad | Budget: ₹15-20 LPA | Reports To: CEO Position Overview The Senior Manager - Operations & QA will oversee major parts of DoctorC’s pharma and supplements portfolio. You will manage our network of external Contract Manufacturing Organizations, run our omnichannel supply chain (B2B Pharmacy + B2C E-commerce + B2B Retail distribution) and serve as the final authority for Quality Assurance (QA) and licensing.

Key Responsibilities - CMO Governance & QA: Audit and qualify external CMOs.

Review Batch Manufacturing

Records (BMR) and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) to authorize product release. Decide the right Method of Analysis for independent lab testing of each product.

• Regulatory Compliance: Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for deviations and complaints. Ensure 100% compliance with FSSAI (Nutraceuticals) and CDSCO / Drug Control Administration on all licenses and individual products.
• Omnichannel Fulfillment: Oversee logistics into pharmacy distribution / retail networks and high-volume B2C e-commerce home deliveries
• Inventory & Cold Chain: Enforce strict FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to minimize shelf-life expiry. Maintain unbroken cold chain integrity across bulk and single-unit dispatches
• Reverse Logistics: Manage pharmacy returns, e-commerce RTOs, and oversee the legally compliant destruction of expired stocks per State FDA norms.

Qualifications - Education: B.Pharma / M.Pharma, or B.Tech in Biotechnology / Food Technology

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of core operations / QA experience in the Pharma industry
• Model Fit: Must have hands-on experience in a CMO-reliant model managing relationships and external vendor SLAs
• Channel Exposure: Prior experience handling supply chains into retail pharmacies (individual and chains) is essential
• Tools: Experience with Enterprise ERPs to track movement of inventory, sales, receivables
