Senior Manager – Financial Reporting

Muthoot Fincorp Limited is looking for a skilled finance professional for the role of Senior Manager – Financial Reporting. The role involves supporting financial reporting activities, month-end closures, reconciliations, audit coordination, and management reporting in compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of financial statements, schedules, and related disclosures.
• Perform General Ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work on Ind AS related reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely collection of financial data.
• Support statutory audit, internal audit, and regulatory audit requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reporting.
• Assist in implementation of process improvements and financial controls.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills

• Good knowledge of Ind AS and accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting Direct & Indirect taxation, Accounting, or Finance functions, preferably in NBFC/BFSI sector.
