Position: Senior Manager Finance and Accounts

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and results-driven Chartered Accountant to join our finance team in Chandigarh. The role involves ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks, along with the ability to deliver meaningful financial insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
• Handle audits, statutory filings, and regulatory reporting
• Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting systems
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
• Monitor receivables, payables, and overall financial performance
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or audit
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, and corporate compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
