Senior Manager – Business Operations & Delivery Control

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Business Operations & Delivery Control at PageTraffic.

This is a hands-on operations role for someone who can bring structure, follow-through, and accountability across teams.

The person will work closely with leadership to manage day-to-day delivery, internal coordination, task follow-ups, quality checks, timelines, and escalation control across SEO, content, web, and support teams.

This is not a desk-only management role. We need someone who is comfortable getting into details, checking work status, following up with teams, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring that commitments are completed properly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Track day-to-day work progress across teams
• Coordinate between SEO, content, web, design, HR, and client-facing teams
• Ensure task completion, quality checks, and timely updates
• Identify delays, gaps, and repeated issues before they become escalations
• Improve internal workflows and reporting discipline
• Support team leads in planning, follow-ups, and execution
• Prepare daily/weekly operational summaries for leadership
• Bring solutions and options, not just problems

Ideal Candidate

• 8–12 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, delivery management, or digital agency operations
• Strong follow-up and execution skills
• Comfortable working with existing teams before asking for additional resources
• Practical, process-oriented, and detail-focused
• Able to manage people firmly without unnecessary aggression
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Experience in a digital marketing, SEO, web development, or service delivery environment will be preferred
