Senior Lead UIUX Designer

Role Overview

As a Technical Lead – Interaction Design (IxD) at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and design solutions that meet those needs. You will utilize your skills in user research, information architecture, and interaction design tools such as Sketch or Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and prototyping user interfaces and experiences for software applications and websites
• Conducting user research to inform design decisions
• Collaborating with software engineers and developers to implement designs
• Conducting usability testing and providing feedback for improvement
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior IxD specialists
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design

Qualifications Required

• 7‑9 years of work experience in a relevant field or a MCA degree from a reputed university; a computer science background is preferred.
