Job Description & Responsibilities
The Senior Lead – Finance Business Partner will act as a key financial partner to the Corporate Finance, Legal & IT (FLIT) function in KK Group, supporting leadership with insights, planning, and decision-making.
The role drives financial transparency, performance management and ensuring strong governance, enabling informed decisions across Finance, Legal & IT to meet their short & long-term targets.
In the same time you will become a part of Corporate FP&A team being responsible for selected tracks within financial planning processes or performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering
- Act as a key financial interface for FLIT (Finance, Legal & IT) stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to FLIT leadership on financial performance and strategic initiatives
- Provide visibility on cost drivers, performance trends, and variances
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
- Identify risks, opportunities and cost optimisation initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to close financial and operational gaps
- Forecasting and Budgeting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in FLIT
- Deliver accurate financial planning, tracking, and variance analysis
- Support financial modelling and scenario planning
- Align FLIT financial plans with overall business strategy
- Performance Management
- Analyse deviations and explain key business drivers (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast)
- Support data-driven performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure transparency and consistency of financial data
- Project & Strategic Initiative Support
- Track financials for key projects and transformation initiatives
- Provide inputs for business cases and investment decisions
- Support digitalisation and process improvement initiatives
- Member of Corporate FP&A
- Become a part of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team
- Deliver and take full ownership of selected tracks within financial planning
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting across KK Group
Qualifications & Education
- MBA in Finance (mandatory/preferred)
- CA (Chartered Accountant) / CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) – preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Experience
- Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering / FP&A
- Experience working with corporate/support functions (Finance, Legal, IT) is an advantage
- Exposure to global or matrix organisations preferred

- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Financial reporting and business case evaluation
- Strong proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/D365)
