Senior & Junior Sales Managers for Channel Development & Distribution

Company Description Beyond Beleaf is a premium sustainable home and lifestyle brand offering luxury bedding, bamboo bedding, muslin collections, towels, and home accessories. We are expanding rapidly across India and are looking for dynamic sales professionals to help build our offline distribution network.

Role Description **Locations:** Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad & Bhubaneswar

• **Senior Sales Manager**

Experience: 8–15 years

CTC: ₹10–14 LPA (based on experience)

• **Junior Sales Manager**

Experience: 3–5 years

CTC: ₹5–8 LPA (based on experience)

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and grow distributor relationships in assigned territories.
• Drive secondary sales by creating demand at the retailer level.
• Expand retail presence through premium home stores, lifestyle outlets, and specialty retailers.
• Identify and appoint new retail partners in collaboration with distributors.
• Conduct market visits, product presentations, and retailer training.
• Monitor sales, collections, inventory, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• *Ideal Candidate:**
• Proven experience in channel sales or distribution management.
• Strong network in home textiles, furnishings, lifestyle products, mattresses, luggage, décor, or FMCG.
• Ability to build markets from the ground up and work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
