Senior Java Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js)

About The Role

You will design and ship production systems used by regulated enterprises in BFSI, government, and healthcare.

This role combines backend architecture, modern frontend delivery, and secure engineering practices from day one.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement Spring Boot services and APIs.
• Build responsive interfaces with Next.js and React.
• Embed secure patterns in architecture and code flow.
• Own delivery through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate directly with client engineering stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years with Java and Spring ecosystem.
• 2+ years with production React or Next.js.
• Strong API and database design fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD and containerized deployment.
• Comfort with security-aware development practices.

Nice to Have

• Domain exposure in BFSI, healthcare, or government.
• Cloud platform delivery experience.
• Open-source contribution history.
