Role Description The Senior IT Product Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for IT solutions, including defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing business requirements, and translating them into clear technical specifications. The Senior IT Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and customer-facing teams to design and optimize business processes, ensure successful product releases, and drive product adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user and market data, managing product roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, monitoring product performance, and continuously improving features based on feedback and metrics. The role also requires mentoring junior product team members and contributing to strategic planning for the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
• Solid Information Technology knowledge, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and technical teams.
• Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Requirements, with experience translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision-making, metric tracking, and problem-solving.
• Proven experience in a senior product management role, preferably within IT or technology-driven organizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with agile methodologies, product management tools, and basic understanding of UX/UI principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
